Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: March 13, 2026

1. Our Commitment

OTSecPro LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users, regardless of ability.

As a company dedicated to protecting critical infrastructure, we believe that access to information about operational technology cybersecurity should be available to everyone. We strive to make our website and digital content as accessible and user-friendly as possible.

2. Conformance Status

OTSecPro LLC strives to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone. Conformance with these guidelines helps ensure that the website is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, magnifiers, and alternative input devices.

While we work to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website. We are continually seeking out solutions that will bring all areas of the site up to the same level of overall accessibility.

3. Accessibility Features

OTSecPro LLC has taken the following measures to ensure the accessibility of our website:

  • Semantic HTML: We use proper HTML5 semantic elements such as headings, landmarks, lists, and navigation structures to ensure content is organized logically and can be interpreted correctly by assistive technologies.
  • Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements on our website, including links, buttons, and form fields, are fully operable via keyboard. Users can navigate through content using the Tab key, activate controls with Enter or Space, and access all functionality without requiring a mouse.
  • ARIA Labels: Where standard HTML elements do not provide sufficient context, we implement WAI-ARIA (Web Accessibility Initiative - Accessible Rich Internet Applications) attributes to convey additional information to assistive technologies, including labels for interactive controls and descriptions for complex components.
  • Alternative Text: All meaningful images on our website include descriptive alternative text to convey information to users who cannot see the images. Decorative images are appropriately marked so they are ignored by screen readers.
  • Color Contrast: We maintain sufficient color contrast ratios between text and background colors to ensure readability for users with low vision or color vision deficiencies. Our design targets a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text, as specified by WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
  • Responsive Design: Our website is designed to be fully responsive and functional across a wide range of devices and screen sizes, from desktop monitors to mobile phones. Content reflows appropriately and remains usable when zoomed up to 200%.
  • Clear Typography: We use legible fonts with appropriate sizing and spacing to enhance readability. Text can be resized using browser controls without loss of content or functionality.

4. Technologies Used

The accessibility of the OTSecPro LLC website relies on the following technologies:

  • HTML: Properly structured HTML5 provides the semantic foundation of our content, enabling assistive technologies to accurately interpret page structure and content relationships.
  • CSS: Cascading Style Sheets are used to control the visual presentation of content while maintaining separation from structure, supporting flexible layouts and user-customizable display preferences.
  • JavaScript: JavaScript is used to enhance interactivity and user experience. We ensure that all JavaScript-driven functionality degrades gracefully and that core content remains accessible when JavaScript is unavailable.
  • WAI-ARIA: Accessible Rich Internet Applications attributes are used to supplement HTML where needed, providing additional semantic information to assistive technologies for dynamic content and custom interface components.

5. Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts to ensure the accessibility of the OTSecPro LLC website, there may be some limitations. The following is a description of known limitations and the steps we are taking to address them:

  • PDF Documents: Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible. We are working to remediate these documents and ensure all new PDF content meets accessibility standards. If you need information from a PDF document that is not accessible, please contact us and we will provide the content in an alternative format.
  • Third-Party Content: Some content provided by third-party services, such as embedded maps or external widgets, may not be fully accessible. We work with our vendors to improve accessibility wherever possible and provide alternative means of accessing the same information when third-party content presents barriers.
  • Video Content: Some video content may not yet have closed captions or audio descriptions. We are actively working to add captions and transcripts to all multimedia content on our site.

7. Assessment Approach

OTSecPro LLC assesses the accessibility of our website through the following methods:

  • Self-Evaluation: Our development team conducts regular self-evaluations of the website using manual testing, automated accessibility scanning tools, and assistive technology testing to identify and resolve accessibility issues.
  • Periodic Review: We perform periodic comprehensive reviews of our website to ensure ongoing compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. These reviews include both automated testing and manual evaluation of key user flows and content.
  • Continuous Improvement: Accessibility is integrated into our development process. New features and content are evaluated for accessibility before deployment, and any issues identified through feedback or testing are prioritized for resolution.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility concern, you may file a formal complaint through the following process:

  3. Investigation: We will investigate the reported issue and provide a written response within fifteen (15) business days. This response will outline our findings and the steps we intend to take to address the concern.
  4. Resolution: If the issue requires a technical fix, we will provide a timeline for implementation and notify you upon completion. If we determine that the issue cannot be resolved immediately, we will offer alternative means of accessing the content or functionality in question.
  5. External Remedies: If you believe your complaint has not been adequately addressed, you may also contact the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, or file a complaint with the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

The OTSecPro LLC website is designed to be compatible with the following:
